She takes a holistic and evidence-based approach to therapy, collaboratively determining pathways towards change. Anna has experience in private practice and hospital settings working with individuals and groups.

“I like to approach therapy on the understanding that all humans will struggle with their inner experiences at times. Connecting to others in these experiences helps us to understand and accept ourselves, our strengths and our imperfections and allows us to move forward”.
