Ms Sophie White

Clinical Psychology Registrar

B Psych (Hons), M Clin Psych

Sophie is a warm and compassionate psychologist, who strives to create a space for clients to feel heard and understood. Her experience working across a range of settings (public hospital inpatient units, a university clinic, and private practice) has allowed her the opportunity to work with diverse presentations. Across these experiences, Sophie has worked with people experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, life stressors, and other challenges. Sophie tailors treatment to meet the needs of each person she works with, and prioritises collaborative decision-making. She endeavours to empower clients to lead lives that feel aligned with their goals and values.

What is most personal is most universal.
