Gabriella studied psychology and law at Macquarie University. Choosing to pursue psychology, she went on to complete her Master of Clinical Psychology with the University of Sydney Technology. Gabriella approaches therapy from a collaborative perspective, facilitating client growth by meeting them cooperatively with warmth and empathy. She employs various evidence-based modalities depending on the needs and goals of each client.
Gabriella has experience working with clients encountering depression, relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, trauma, adjustment difficulties, low self-esteem, and eating concerns. Bringing knowledge from both the private and public health sectors, Gabriella believes in approaching clients’ challenges with curiosity to create a safe and secure space to enhance self-reflection and explore practical strategies.

Get to know Natasha
Gabriella completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) with the degree of Bachelor of Laws (Honours), obtaining double First Class Honours from Macquarie University and undertaking her Master of Clinical Psychology with the University of Sydney Technology.
Gabriella has been trained in the delivery of individual and group therapy with experience in the private sector (adults; child and family therapy) and in the NSW public health hospital setting. Depending on the needs of the client, Gabriella draws on a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Schema-Informed practices.
Outside of work, Gabriella enjoys reading, baking, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. She strives to find balance and take the opportunities to rest and reset when they present themselves.
Gabriella is a registered Psychologist with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
What is a Registrar?
A Registrar is a Psychologist who has completed 6 years of university training and 2 years practical experience. Subsequent to this each Registrar has to have a supervisor for 2 years in order to become a fully registered Clinical Psychologist. Gabriella is taking these 2 years at Equilibrium.
Availability
Gabriella is available Tuesdays and Wednesdays including After Hours, and Online Sessions.
