Natasha is a warm and genuine Psychologist with a strong commitment to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. She is dedicated to creating a compassionate and non-judgemental space where clients feel safe, understood, and respected. Natasha integrates evidence-based therapies to support clients in making sense of their experiences, building effective coping strategies, and strengthening overall wellbeing
Her practice is collaborative and client-centred, with a focus on fostering resilience, self-awareness, and sustainable growth. Natasha has a particular interest in working with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, adjustment difficulties, and trauma-related concerns. She also enjoys supporting individuals navigating stress, burnout, and major life transitions.

Get to know Natasha
Natasha describes herself as warm, attentive, curious, and down-to-earth. She is drawn to psychology through a longstanding fascination with human behaviour, and a genuine desire to support people in building meaningful and fulfilling lives. Growing up in Sydney, Natasha developed a deep interest in how experiences, relationships, and environments shape who we become. She has worked across private practice and school-based settings with children, adolescents, and adults, gaining experience in supporting a wide range of presentations.
When she is not working, Natasha enjoys spending time at the beach, doing pilates, or planning her next travel adventure. She also values time in nature, movement for her own wellbeing, and caring for her much-loved pets.
Natasha completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at the Australian College of Applied Professions and continues to engage in ongoing professional development to ensure her practice is informed, integrative, and responsive to the needs of her clients.
What is a Registrar?
A Registrar is a Psychologist who has completed 6 years of university training and 2 years practical experience. Subsequent to this each Registrar has to have a supervisor for 2 years in order to become a fully registered Clinical Psychologist. Natasha is taking these 2 years at Equilibrium.
Availability
Natasha is available Mondays and Fridays including After Hours, and Online Sessions.
